Diversity and Leadership Development Go Hand in Hand

In a recent CLO Magazine article, president and CEO of WOMEN Unlimited Inc., Dr. Rosina Racioppi, discussed the critical need to marry diversity and leadership development. As Racioppi explored many business articles and columns she became disheartened with the absence of diversity in leadership development programs.
